JUST PEACHY




Making homemade salsa is so easy and it is one of my absolute favorite snacks.  It's healthy too (well, depending on what you use to dip).   I just chopped up tomatoes, onion, PEACHES, fresh cilantro, added some corn, and seasoned it with garlic and black pepper.   I squeezed half a lime over it all as well.  If you're naughty like me, those hint of lime tostidos are a perfectly delicious dipping tool.   We ended up making black beans and rice this night, so with the leftover salsa we threw it all together in soft taco shells with a little cheese.  So good!  xx

  1. Yum! When we run out of the salsa on hand, I'll be trying this. Would never think to add peaches.
